This would be a nice post to list all sales for us gear freaks. So if you see a sale list it.

MD's has a sale for the next few days leading up to easter. 30% off some Mamut binners
Katmandu has a 60% sale (I won't respect you if I see you wearing it though)
ME's I think will have a sale before easter
Paddies has some clothes on sale.

Perhaps we could get one person to make contact with all the shops and get this info sent straight to them? Ie a club rep

trek and travel has a bunch of shiny things (clothing and sleeping bags) at half price inc mhw and rab, just started a few days ago. softshells, down and synthetic fill clothes and sleeping bags esp good value imo. no climbing gear there tho

there is a 20% everything at anaconda for today (tuesday) they have very limited range of climbing stuff, although i did pick up a pair of 5.10 anasazi lace up (same ones as eugenes) for 60 buks! They have a good outdoor/camping range...sleeping bags, tents, stoves etc.

May interest some people. It looks good on paper. I do not know if its a competitive price or if the tent is actually as good as it says. Do your own research.

Forwarding an email, some of you guys may or may not have received...

Hello,

For the first time in our history, we are having a warehouse clearance at our head office in Auburn. We are mainly promoting this event to family, friends, partner databases and anyone in the outdoor community looking for a good deal (Oxfam, AROC, Sydney/Sutherland bushwalking clubs, Sydney Rock Climbing Club, uni outdoor clubs etc).

I’m sure there are a lot of SUBW & SURMC members out there looking for a great bargain. Would we be able to communicate our clearance to the SUBW and SURMC clubs? It could work either by forwarding the HTML below, or an attached pdf, or just some words in your next enewsletter with a link to more info on the website. Or set up a link on your facebook page or group forum? If print communications is better, we could send through some flyers and a poster?

Would be awesome if this was possible.
